Animal Adoption | Activity 2 (Day 5) - Summer Learning Journey | WEEK 4

This was Activity 1 of Day 5 for Week 4 of the Summer Learning Journey. For this Activity I had to view a list of many animals up for adoption and pick three of them to compare and contrast of their similarities and differences. I chose Arctic Hare, Polar bear, and Snowy Owl. These animals I could tell were similar as in looks and where they live but I was also interested in them all as well. Out of all the animals I chose I would specifically adopt the hare because it is also a bunny and I love bunnies so much.

  1. Hi Victoria,

I'm catching up with all your great blogging and I must say I'm most impressed!

I like how you've set our your animals above. I can't argue with your choice of favourite - Mine seems to be the snowy owl - something about it just appeals to me. I wonder why the hare and owl evolved to live in the Arctic areas? It'd be so much more snug in the tropics!

Keep up the commenting too, you're doing great!

  3. Congratulations on finishing this activity. You are great, because just like Lee said im trying to catch up with everything that you're doing. I love the image that you've used so far. They all look cute. I also like it how you've used a google draw for their similarities and differences.

    Nice Work!
