10) Eastern Gorilla - I would save Eastern Gorilla's because these animals are very close to human like.

This was Activity 3 of Day 2 for Week 4 of the Summer Learning Journey. For this Activity I had to list 10 animals I would protect from extinction in no specific order. To find out more about what animals are extinct I researched about it and picked all sorts. Most of the animals were endangered and all said to be facing extinction. I personally think that all animals should be saved from being extinct and no animals should have to be but that isn't possible. We also had to include why would save them so I put that next to the animals.

  1. Hi Victoria

You have put so much effort into this post. You have really researched the animals that you would like to save and why they are important to you. I agree with you that all animal should be saved and none of them should face extinction. Are there any others that you love that didn't make the list?

If you have time over the holidays you should watch some of David Attenborough's documentaries. If you can, start with Planet Earth. If you love animals, like it sounds like you do, it's well worth a watch!

    Ngā mihi,
    Izzy

  2. Greetings Victoria,

What an amazing blog post from you. "WOW" you have putten a lot of effort into this activity. I liked it how you've added a reason to teach of the animals that you wanted to protect. I would protect most of them too. It's good to know that we have a lot in common.

    Nice Work!
