This week LS2 helped the juniors with their servers. On Thursday we buddied up with the people from Rm2 and helped them fill out the Manaiakalani survey in the library. My partner was Noel and she was mixed with cook island. She was able to understand each question on the survey when I tried asking more questions to explain what they meant and did my best to make sure she felt comfortable. Afterwards we looked into Cook island culture for cook island language week. We learnt about everything she found interesting like the dances and colours and alphabet. It was really fun being buddies with Noel for this and I most enjoyed looking at the traditional cook island foods.
