H Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI live in Almonte, a small town in central Canada. You're right, this is a very large country filled with lakes and rivers. One of my favourite activities is to go canoeing and so I feel very lucky to live within walking distance of a lovely river. And my husband and I have a campsite on a lake that's an hour's drive from our house so we paddle quite frequently in the spring, summer and winter. Canoeing is super! Have you ever tried it?

Kia ora Victoria,
ReplyDeleteWow Canada sounds like an amazing country to visit! Thank you for sharing your awesome fact hunting with us, these are three really good facts.
I always thought that in New Zealand we are very lucky to have all the rivers and lakes that we have here, but Canada sounds like somewhere next level! I never knew that it had the worlds' largest coastline either. I wonder what their beaches are like?
If you went to Canada, where do you think you might visit first? I think I'd take a slightly different approach and try to avoid the big cities, and stick just to the outdoors. Canada sounds like an incredibly beautiful country with a lot to explore :-)
Cheers,
Dan.
