Activity 3: Choose your own
This last activity for week 2 was another own choice. We could choose any person we think has changed the world or community no wrong or right answers. It could be someone from our family, church, community, or someone famous we admire. I chose to write about Emma Watson because you may know her as an actress, but she is also an activist and has changed the world. You can read about who she is, what she does, and how she has made an impact on others lives. She was a great choice for this activity.

Hello Victoria
ReplyDeleteThis is outstanding work to date. I have enjoyed reading your posts. This one on Emma Watson is informative. I only knew of her acting in the Harry Potter series of films and wasn't aware of the other work that she has been involved i
I also notice the huge number of comments that you have and are making on other pupils work. They are excellent in content and will inspire others to continue their Learning Journey.
Keep it all up.

Hi Victoria - did you know that Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is an English actress, model and activist. Born in Paris and brought up in Oxfordshire, Watson attended the Dragon School and trained as an actress at the Oxford branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts. How cool is she?! Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
ReplyDeleteHi Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI liked how you said that Emma Watson has impacted the world by becoming a role model and inspirational. Something I found interesting was when you said that she's performed speeches on different things like women's rights and negative stereotypes. Do you think you could perform a speech in front of lots of people like her?
