Activity 2: iMoko
For this activity we looked at iMOKO which is a digital programme where people living in communities who don't have any available doctors, can deal with their health issues to doctors in Kaitaia. The initiative is improving health and well-being of people, which is really helpful. We were then asked to share some ways what we, or the people in our family do to stay healthy. I've created bullet point poster of the 4 main different things I do for my health and well-being.

ReplyDeleteYou have great 4 things you do to stay healthy and strong for your well-being. All of these are very important to do to stay healthy. Another thing I would do to stay healthy and strong, is excersize to get fit, which is important.
