Activity 3: The Diary of Anne Frank
In this activity we found out about a girl named Anne Frank. She lived in Germany with her Jewish family in the 1930's. When World War 11, her and her family were forced to hide in a secret room in their house for two whole years. At the time, Anne would write in a diary in which later her dad made into a book titled "The Diary of a Young Girl". For the task we created a diary entry to recount the most extraordinary day. It could be an actual event, or something we made up. I chose to make up a story but still made it personal because I could be more creative with what I wrote.

Great diary entry - do you actually keep a diary Victoria? Keep blogging, and commenting on others to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes, and to keep up your learning over the school break!

ReplyDeleteHi Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI liked how you wrote your diary entry on a picture of a book. I also liked how you made the story up but kept it somewhat personal. If you could go to America, would you want to?
