Activity 2: Plot Points
For this activity we were to imagine we had the chance to create/write our own movie. We had to explain some of our thoughts including what it would it be about, who would be the main characters, what are some important events, and even the title name for the movie itself. I've created a short presentation to explain the concept. The title of the movie is 'Young' and the general idea is about a young girl who is diagnosed with schizophrenia which is a serious mental disorder - also, the symptoms I mention aren't all the signs and experiences that people face. I think the general idea would be a great movie, short film, or documentary.

When does your film hit the big screens Victoria? Have you thought about putting your "idea" into a book? It's a very powerful scenario - and one much more common than people know! Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
ReplyDeleteHi Victoria!,
ReplyDeleteWow! You have a great and descriptive movie you have wrote. Your movie is very interesting and powerful. It seem like you have put a lot of effort into these Summer Learning Journey activities. Would you like to write a movie description again?
Great Work!
Hi Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that you would want to make a movie about a 16 year old girl with schizophrenia. I liked how you said that the movie would be about exposing what the life of someone with a mental disorder is like. Do you know anyone with schizophrenia?
