Visualisating and Questioning

L.I: To visualise and question scenes in a book.
This week for reading we were learning how to do visualising and questioning which are the two reading strategys we haven't done yet. Visualising is using describing words to create a picture in your head of what it's like. Questioning is to think about you're understanding of a book and to question things you don't know so you can try to later on find it out and gain better understanding. To show our learning we had to pick a single book and make a copy of a document. On the document was a template with Book title, Scene location, Question, Answer (if any), Answer Location, and show our visualising of the scene. We had to fill in each box and when we were done, we could grab a new book and work on the next template. Each group was given a specific mark to do but you could do more if you would like. I completed three of the templates.
