Rugby World Cup Maths (Stadiums)
This week in Maths we looked at the Rugby world cup being held in Japan this year. We collaborated in small groups of three and two to solve the seven questions related to our learning. We had to use our many strategies to solve things about the rugby stadium capacity and difference. In example of one of the questions for the DLO, was if 2/3 of City of Toyota Stadium and 3/5 of the Shizuoka Stadium Ecopa were filled who had the fullest stadium? See how we worked it out above.

Hi Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI really liked how you explained how you worked out this problem and I found it interesting that their was rugby involvement in your maths. Why did you choose this problem instead of the others? Also you did a great job!
Ola Victoria!
ReplyDeleteI like the way your solved your problem. That's a lot of seats for a stadium!. Maybe next time I think that you should change the colour of the text so the reader can read the writing clearly!. Thank you and keep it up.
