Summer Learning Journey | Activity 1 (Day 3) | W2

For activity 1 of day 3 of week 2 from the Summer learning journey, I had to make a blog post and write a few things that we do to relax and de-stress.

Here are 3 ways:
Watch a movie or videos.
Listen to music.
Sometimes talk to my family members or friends.

    Spot on for making a brief blurb about the activity. You've displayed three helpful ways to help one relax and de-stress. Do you do these three ways to help you? I see they take the mind off the stress and help clear it up.

    Ruby here from the Summer Learning Journey team.
    Great work with this activity! Those are three really good things to do to unwind, relax, and de-stress. Are there any particular movies you watch or songs you listen to? I know I have a few movies that I always watch when I'm stressed.

    What I like to do most when I'm stressed is play Beethoven's Sonatas on the piano really loudly. It often annoys my family so I can't do it too often, but it always makes me feel better.

    Well done for completing this summer learning journey activity. When I'm stressed, I usually read a book or play games my computer. What type of videos/music do you like to listen to? Keep up the excellent work Victoria.
