Summer Learning Journey | Activity 3 (Day 5) | Bonus Activity

For activity 3 of Day 5 from the Summer learning journey which is also a Bonus activity, we had to come up with 4 questions we would ask Bill Kini. Bill Kini is new zealander who won a gold medal at the 1966 Commonwealth Games for being the best heavyweight boxer. This was the last activity for week one and now I will be moving on to week 2.

My four questions:

1. What made you want to become a heavyweight boxer?/Why did you want to become a heavyweight boxer?

2. How old were you when you started training to become a heavyweight boxer?

3. Who gave you the motivation and support throughout your journey?

4. How long and how many times would you train?

  1. Hi Victoria,
Once again you follow the task well and organized your text clearly, well done!
Also, I really liked your questions as I think they are well formulated.
For the future I want you to consider adding a picture of the athlete to make your post more interesting and engaging.
    Great job!

  2. Hello Victoria
Well done on finishing this summer learning journey activity. Your questions are great. Bill Kini must have trained very hard to be as good as he was. I like your third question the best. His family and friends probably supported and motivated him throughout his career. Keep up the excellent work Victoria.
