This Thursday afternoon the NZ Police came to visit Panmure bridge school. After lunch all of the classes came to the field and sat down so we could wait patiently for the police to arrive. Constable Cyrus was already at the school because he helped make this event possible. Some of the police men came in a helicopter and as it landed in front us so we had to make room. All of the people were amazed and excited for what they had to show us. They told us about some parts of the helicopter and they asked us some questions about things to do with police men and etc. We were able to ask them questions too. Later they brang out one of the dogs. They told us all the different things dogs can do that is helpful. They also showed us what a dog does to a bad person and some of the ways of how they train it. I enjoyed the visit very much and it I was very impressed with how smart and well trained the dog was. On that day I learnt that on the helicopters they have cameras so they can see what is below them when they are in the air.
